FS-3100 is a fluorinated nonionic surfactant that delivers outstanding surface tension reduction in both aqueous and solvent-based systems, thereby enhancing wetting, dispersion, leveling, and other surface‑related properties.
3100 contains no VOCs (volatile organic compounds), no APEOs (alkylphenol ethoxylates), is non‑flammable, and is compatible with all ionic surfactants.
3100 exhibits excellent wetting performance even at very low dosages.
3100 remains stable in ordinary, acidic, saline, and hard-water environments, making it suitable for a wide range of systems.
3100 contains no solvents or water, making it easy to incorporate into both aqueous and solvent-based systems.
3100 is widely applicable in formulations for cleaning, paints, coatings, rubber, films, and more.

Application
1. Water-based floor coatings, floor waxes, and polishing waxes provide wetting and leveling properties.

The recommended usage level is 0.01–0.05% active ingredient.

Concentrated cleaning solution
1. Reduces surface tension and provides excellent wetting to enhance cleaning performance.
2. Provides improved wetting and penetration, especially for dust and stains.
3. The recommended dosage is 0.005–0.1% active ingredient.

Paints and Coatings
1. Compatible with most water-based and solvent-based systems.
