Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Retrieve research literature on the target compound, participate in the design of the experimental route for the synthesis of the target compound;
2. According to the experimental route, carry out the design and synthesis of organic compounds, and complete the corresponding project;
3. According to the order requirements , Complete the process route of the target compound from small test, pilot test to scale-up;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, salary 8000-15000, major in chemistry, chemical engineering or pharmaceuticals; experience from small test to pilot test is preferred;
2. Possess professional knowledge of organic chemistry, be familiar with chemical reaction mechanism, and have the ability to analyze and identify the structure of small molecular compounds in reaction control, and experience in process research and development is preferred.
3. Have certain English reading ability and be able to assist the project leader to complete high-quality reports.
4. Have a good sense of safety, strong sense of responsibility, be practical and hardworking, and be able to
endure hardships;
